1. Order Cancellation Window
We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery across India. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center (typically within 4 to 6 hours of placing the order).
2. How to Cancel Your Order
Method 1: Account Dashboard
Log into your account, navigate to My Profile > Orders, select your active order and click Cancel Order before shipment status changes.
Method 2: Support WhatsApp / Email
Send a message to WhatsApp +91 94900 59011 or email support@arashya.com with your Order ID.
3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations & Doorstep Rejections
If your package has already been handed over to courier partners (in-transit), direct online cancellation is disabled. You may reject the delivery when courier partners attempt delivery at your doorstep.
* Note: For doorstep rejection of prepaid orders, a nominal logistics handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation by Arashya Jewellery Mall
We reserve the right to cancel an order under rare exceptional circumstances, including:
- Unavailability of raw materials/gemstones for crafted items.
- Unserviceable delivery pincode or logistics restrictions.
- Inaccurate shipping address or failed customer phone verification for COD orders.
- Technical pricing glitch or erroneous promo code usage.
In any such event, 100% prepaid funds will be refunded immediately without deductions.
