1. 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to fall in love with every piece of jewellery from Arashya. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Condition Guidelines for Acceptable Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in original pristine condition.
Original brand security tag must remain attached and untampered.
Item must include original Arashya velvet pouch & luxury gift box.
Tax invoice and warranty card must be returned inside the package.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit the My Orders section in your account profile or contact support at support@arashya.com.
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the jewellery piece.
- Upon approval, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.
- Once returned to our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item and trigger exchange dispatch or refund within 48 hours.
4. Non-Returnable Categories
Due to hygiene standards and custom handcrafting, pierced nose rings/studs, custom engraved pieces, and items bought during Clearance Mega Sales are non-returnable unless defective upon delivery.
