Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of quality inspection approval.
1. Overview & Eligibility
At Arashya Jewellery Mall, customer satisfaction and confidence in our premium fashion jewellery are our top priorities. If your return is accepted under our Return Policy guidelines, your refund will be processed promptly according to the terms specified in this document.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must pass our quality assurance evaluation, ensuring the jewellery is unworn, intact with all original tags, velvet gift pouches, and luxury packaging.
2. Modes of Refund & Turnaround Timelines
Refunds for Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI payments will be credited directly to the original source account within 5 to 7 business days post inspection approval.
COD order refunds will be issued via secure Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI handle, or credited instantly as Arashya Store Credit valid for 12 months.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Charges
- Customized or personalized jewellery pieces (e.g., custom engraved rings, initial pendants).
- Items returned in damaged condition or without original tags, boxes, and protective pouches.
- Express shipping or gift-wrapping fees (where applicable).
- Items purchased during clearance sales marked as "Final Sale".
4. Damaged or Defective Items Received
If your jewellery piece arrives damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@arashya.com with a short unboxing video clip. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or 100% full refund including shipping charges.
